ARCHITECTURE
My Story & Design Philosophy
Jason Falcone is a residential architect dedicated to creating homes that are simple, thoughtful, and quietly elegant. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from the Wentworth Institute of Technology and is licensed to practice in Connecticut and New Jersey.

With over a decade of hands-on construction experience at a high-end residential design/build firm, Jason brings a deep understanding of how homes are actually built — from structure and detailing to sequencing, budgets, and coordination in the field. This practical foundation allows him to bridge the gap between design and construction, producing drawings that are clear, buildable, and responsive to real-world conditions.

Jason remains personally involved throughout every phase of each project, guiding homeowners through zoning, permitting, and construction with clarity and confidence. His goal is to make the process feel straightforward and well-considered, while ensuring the final result reflects both thoughtful design and real-world practicality.

His design philosophy centers on simplicity and elegance. Jason believes the best architecture is carefully considered — where every element has a purpose and nothing is unnecessary. Each project begins with listening: understanding how clients live, what they value, and how a home should feel as much as how it should function. The result is architecture that is refined yet comfortable, modern yet timeless, and tailored to the way people live.
